Rules regarding prints:
- All members in good standing (dues currently paid) may submit up to 3 entries. The entry fee is $20 for 2 entries and $25 for 3 entries.
- Entries will be submitted via website starting July 1 through July 31.
- If you are juried into the show, you must provide the price of your prints to [email protected] by September 7.
- You must drop off your print to hang at the St. Augustine Art Association on October 1 or 2, 12:00 – 4:00pm, and pick it up on October 27, 12:00-4:00pm.
Rules regarding prints:
- Frames may not exceed 36 inches on the longest side.
- Traditional prints must be placed in a black frame with a white matt, with glass or plexiglass gallery style frame (not frosted acrylic or non-glare glass).
- Metal, acrylic, glass, and canvas are acceptable presentations if safely hangable as required. Frames are not required for canvas prints, but if framed, it should be a black floating frame.
- All entry photographs must be taken within the last 3 years.
- Submit .jpg files only
- Entry photographs may be manipulated by Photoshop or any other editing software.
- Everything submitted must be from the photographer’s own camera. No text to image generated AI work is allowed. All composites must be made from your own images. For example, you could replace a sky if you took the picture of the sky.
- All entries must have a secure wire on the back with the top middle of the wire approximately 3-4 inches below the top of the entry when it is hung. No other hangar is acceptable. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ENSURE YOUR ARTWORK CAN BE SAFELY HUNG.
Entry form for the Juried Member Exhibition
Entries will be scored by 3 judges using FCCC criteria. The images with the top scores will be selected for entry in the member show at the St. Augustine Art Association. All images will be critiqued by one of the judges. The judges are: Tim Davis, Lisa Langell, and Derek Cioffi.
