Departing at 9 am (gather at 8:45) from Highbanks Marina 488 W. Highbanks Road, DeBary, FL
About a one-and-three-quarter hour drive from St Augustine
This is an all-day trip, so pack a lunch to eat during a stop at Hontoon Island State Park
WHAT:
Covered pontoon boat with room to shoot, lots of wildlife, knowledgeable guides who position the boat for good shooting angles
Weather can be anywhere from quite cold (especially on the water) to balmy 70s -- we have had both in the past. Dress accordingly.
Telephoto and wide-angle lens are both useful
