QUICK FACT SHEET
• Members must be in good standing (dues paid)
• Entry Fee is $20 for 2 entries, $25 for 3 entries
• Submissions via website July 1 – July 31
• Notified August 31 of acceptance
• Drop off September 30 and October 1 from 12:00-5:30
• Opening Night at STAAA: October 3 from 5:00-7:30
• Pick up November 2 from 12:00-4:00
• Jury Judges: Dan Walters, Pamela Cohen, Dave Wholey

Rules Regarding Prints
• Frames may not exceed 36 inches on the longest side.
• Traditional prints must be placed in a black frame with a white matt, with glass or plexiglass gallery style frame (not frosted acrylic or non-glare glass).
• Metal, acrylic, glass, and canvas are acceptable if safely hangable as required. Frames are not required for canvas prints, but if framed, it should be in a black floating frame.
• All entries must have a secure wire on the back with the top middle of the wire approximately 3-4 inches below the top of the entry when it is hung. No other hanger is acceptable.
• On the back lower right of the entry, include: your name, your contact phone number, the title of the entry, the size, and the sale price.
• Entry photographs may be manipulated by Photoshop or any other editing software.
• Everything submitted must be from the photographer’s own camera. No text to image generated AI work is allowed. All composites must be made from your own images. For example, you could replace a sky if you took the picture of the sky.

New This Year
• Images submitted should be at least 1024 pixels on the longest side
• No watermarks on the image submitted for competition but watermarks are acceptable for photos when hung at the STAAA
• File Name must include photographers name and title of image. This information is not provided to judges but helps administer the show (eg. LindaBurek_GoWiththeFloe)
• Images juried into the show may be modified based on judges' comments. Revised images should be resubmitted with Rev included at the end of the file name (eg. LindaBurek_GoWiththeFloeRev). These images are included in the brochure.

Entry form for the Juried Member Exhibition

Entries will be scored by 3 judges using FCCC criteria. The images with the top scores will be selected for entry in the member show at the St. Augustine Art Association. All images will be critiqued by one of the judges. The judges are: Dan Walters, Pamela Cohen, Dave Wholey

Note: critiques will be given to all entries even if not selected for the show
    may seem like numbers don't fit but they will come through.
    Please submit .jpg files only 
    (Minimum size should have long edge at least 1600 pixels)
